Abstract:
In this paper, the integration of distributed chemical data resources within Chinese Academy of Sciences was carried out via unique compound identifier. The essential of this approach is to develop a mapping table containing local and external compound identifiers, which works as a bridge between different identifiers. The result shows that the distributed chemical data resources can be effectively integrated in a scientific meaningful way, whereas very little additional work is needed for data services providers by this approach.
