The ability to transfer knowledge from one unit to another has been found to contribute to the organizational performance of firms in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Practices of knowledge management are context-specific and they can influence organizational effectiveness. Organizational culture, structure, strategy, staff competition, and staff collaboration all affect organization efficiencies.
This study figures out how to use knowledge management system to gather the intellectual assets and improve staffs collaboration. The topology of the knowledge management system, the incentives using for cultural change and approval processes was also shown and discussed. Finally, the successful key issues of improving the collaborative efficiency had been pointed out.
